When you use our trip planning form, contact us, or book a journey, we may collect: your name, contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp number), travel dates, interests and preferences, and — where necessary for a specific reservation — passport details.
Why We Need This Information
We use this information to build your itinerary, communicate with you about your trip, and make reservations with hotels, drivers, and activity providers on your behalf.
Passport Handling
Some accommodation providers and certain activities require passport details for reservation purposes. We only request this information when genuinely required by a specific supplier, and only share it with that supplier for that purpose.
Sharing With Suppliers
We share the minimum necessary booking information with hotels, drivers, and activity providers to fulfil your itinerary. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Data
We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed through the payment channels stated in your quotation, and any related data handling is governed by that channel's own security practices.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your trip and respond to any related questions afterward. You can request that we delete information we no longer need.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to booking details to what's necessary for planning and coordinating your trip.
Access and Correction
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us directly.
