No — the tour and the guide are separate. Plenty of people book a tour without ever buying the PDF, and plenty of guide readers never book a tour. Do whichever fits what you need.
Yes, where practical. Changes during the journey are subject to availability and may affect travel times or costs. We will always explain and confirm any changes with you before making new arrangements.
We normally arrange the same driver and vehicle wherever practical. Train journeys, coastal stays or specialist transfers may require different arrangements, which will be clearly shown in your itinerary.
Honestly, that's most of what we do. The three routes above are just a starting point to show you what's possible — tell us your dates, your interests, your pace, and we'll plan a route around exactly what you want, not the other way around.
Once you approve your itinerary and quotation, we'll send a formal invoice showing the required initial payment and due date. Payment requirements vary by supplier, and any remaining balance will be clearly confirmed before you book.

Yes — the planning form is just the fastest way to get us the basics. Once we have your details, everything after that happens over WhatsApp or email, whichever you'd rather use.
We recommend planning at least 6–12 weeks ahead. For Christmas, New Year and other peak periods, booking 3–6 months in advance gives you a better choice of hotels and drivers. Short-notice trips may still be possible depending on availability.
