No — the tour and the guide are separate. Plenty of people book a tour without ever buying the PDF, and plenty of guide readers never book a tour. Do whichever fits what you need.
Within reason, yes. This isn't a fixed group itinerary — if something's not working or you want to linger somewhere longer, message us and we'll adjust.
Yes, on almost every trip — the same driver and vehicle for the whole route, not a handoff at every province. It's part of why the trip feels continuous rather than stitched together.
Honestly, that's most of what we do. The three routes above are just a starting point to show you what's possible — tell us your dates, your interests, your pace, and we'll plan a route around exactly what you want, not the other way around.
Once we've confirmed your price and itinerary, you'll pay a 30% deposit via PayPal or credit/debit card to lock in your dates. This deposit is non-refundable — it's what lets us start actually arranging your driver and accommodation. The remaining balance is due 3 days before you arrive, not months in advance.
Flights, entrance fees to sites, and most meals beyond breakfast aren't included in the base price — this keeps your quote accurate rather than padded with things you might not want.
Yes — the planning form is just the fastest way to get us the basics. Once we have your details, everything after that happens over WhatsApp or email, whichever you'd rather use.
A few weeks out is comfortable, especially in peak season (Dec–Mar) when good drivers and hotels get booked up. Shorter notice is often still workable — just message us and we'll tell you honestly if it's tight.
